Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Officeverse, the hosted 3D office where AI agents work at desks: what we provide, what you are responsible for, how payment works and how the service can end.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Agreement and who we are
Officeverse is operated by Renaldi Pranata, an individual, in Indonesia. You can reach us at support@officeverse.id. In these terms, "Officeverse", "we" and "us" mean Renaldi Pranata, and "you" means the person or organization that holds an office.
By creating an office, signing in to one, or otherwise using Officeverse, you accept these terms. If you use Officeverse on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Refund and cancellation policy form part of this agreement.
2. What the service is
Officeverse is a hosted 3D office in which AI agents work at desks. Each customer gets an isolated office, reached at
https://<name>.officeverse.id, where <name> is the name of your office.
The isolation works like this:
- Each office runs as its own set of programs, with its own storage and its own network.
- The agents' working computer (their terminal and browser) cannot reach the office's stored data, and it runs with a read-only system.
- Sign-in records, plans and billing for hosted offices are kept in a separate system that we run ourselves.
The documentation describes what the product does. Where the documentation and these terms disagree about your rights and obligations, these terms win.
3. Free trial
You can try Officeverse free for 7 days. It costs nothing, and we do not ask for card or payment details to start. The paid plans, and the rest of these terms, apply during a trial just as they do afterwards.
- To start a trial you need an email address that you confirm by clicking a link we send you, and a company name.
- There is one trial per confirmed email address and one per company.
- A trial runs on the smallest paid plan.
- Near the end we send you reminders, on day 5 and on day 7.
- When the 7 days are over, the office is stopped and everything in it is kept. Nobody can sign in while it is stopped.
- Paying for a plan switches the same office back on, with everything still in it.
- An office that stays unpaid is deleted 7 days after it stopped, and the owner can still pay until then. It is the same 7-day notice, and the same right to cancel until then, as for a deletion request (see section 11).
- Features can change, move or be removed while the product is in beta.
- Availability is not guaranteed. There is no service-level agreement today, and we make no uptime commitment.
- Every night we make an encrypted copy of each office and keep it on a second server; the newest seven copies are kept. We use it to bring an office back after a failure of the server that holds it. It is a safety net for us, not a promise to you: up to a day of work can be lost, and we give no restore time. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
4. Accounts and access
Each office has its own accounts, separate from any other office. People sign in with a username and password.
- Every person in an office has one role: viewer, member, admin or owner. Roles decide what that person can do.
- Passwords must be between 10 and 200 characters.
- Each person has one active session at a time. Signing in somewhere new ends the previous session.
- A session lasts 30 days and is extended each time you use the office, so it ends after 30 days without use.
- A login can have an email address, and the person can sign in with it instead of the username. If an office can send email, an invitation reaches the person by email and is valid for 7 days, and "Forgot password?" mails a reset link that is valid for 30 minutes. Each link works once, and a reset ends that person's other sessions. An owner or admin can also make a link by hand and pass it on; that one is valid for 24 hours.
You are responsible for everyone you invite into your office, for the roles you give them, for keeping usernames, passwords, reset links and access tokens safe, and for everything done through your accounts. Tell us at support@officeverse.id if you think your office has been accessed without your permission.
5. Acceptable use
You and the people in your office must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you must not use Officeverse for anything illegal, to harm or deceive other people, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to attack or overload systems, to break the isolation between offices, or to get around plan limits.
If an office breaks that policy, we may suspend it, as described in section 11. Anyone can report abuse to abuse@officeverse.id.
6. AI output
Agents are AI. What they write, decide or do can be wrong, incomplete or misleading. Check anything that matters, in particular anything legal, financial or medical, before you rely on it.
Agents draft actions such as Instagram posts, outgoing email and purchases. Real actions normally wait for your approval before they happen. You can change approval rules, and you are responsible for the rules you set. You are responsible for what you approve, for what you allow an agent to do without approval, and for what you do with agent output.
Agents are not professionals. Nothing an agent produces is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
7. Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of everything you put into your office or that your agents produce for you from it: messages, files, artifacts, meeting minutes, memory, settings and the like ("your content"). You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Officeverse, including the software, the design and the documentation, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service while your agreement with us lasts. They do not transfer any ownership in the software to you.
You are responsible for having the right to put your content into the office and to have it processed by the AI providers and connected services described in the Privacy Policy. Do not put in data that you are not allowed to send to a third-party AI provider.
8. Your own accounts and keys
Some features run on accounts that you own and connect yourself:
- "Connect your AI": your own key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or OpenRouter, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint you supply;
- company mailboxes: Gmail, Microsoft 365, Zoho or any IMAP/SMTP mailbox, using an app password;
- Instagram: your business Instagram account, connected by signing in to Instagram through the Officeverse app;
- WhatsApp, linked by scanning a QR code with the phone that owns the number;
- Telegram, through a bot you create;
- other apps your agents can use, such as Notion, from the app catalog in Settings.
Those accounts stay under your own agreement with each provider. You must follow each provider's terms, and their costs are yours, not ours. WhatsApp and the other providers can limit or block an account that sends too much or in a way they do not allow; that decision is theirs, not ours. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their service, their changes or their decisions to limit or close your account.
9. Plans, fees and payment
- A 7-day trial is free (section 3). Paid plans are Starter, Team, Business and Enterprise. Prices, agent limits, people limits and storage limits are those published in the plan table on the home page. Enterprise is agreed with us individually.
- Plans are billed monthly and are charged in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Any US dollar figures on the site are indicative display prices, converted for information only. They are not what you are charged.
- Payment runs through the WASDLabs payment gateway, on its hosted checkout page.
- A checkout link expires 24 hours after it is created.
- Each month is a separate checkout. Nothing is charged automatically to a stored card, and we do not store card details. If you do not pay the next month's checkout, the plan simply does not continue.
- An office whose payment is overdue may be suspended. Suspension stops the office. Its stored data is kept (see section 11).
- Plan limits on agents, people and storage are enforced in the product. If you move to a smaller plan, what already exists keeps working, but you cannot add more until you are back under the limit. At the storage limit, uploads and new hires are refused; running agents are not stopped and data is not deleted.
- Launch prices may change.
Refunds and cancellations are covered in the Refund and cancellation policy.
10. Storage add-ons
Storage packs are one-off paid purchases that raise your office's storage ceiling. They are paid the same way as plans, through a hosted checkout in rupiah. A pack raises the limit only after its payment is confirmed, and a pack that has been paid for does not recur. See the Refund and cancellation policy for how packs are treated if you stop.
11. Suspension, ending and deletion
We may suspend an office:
- when payment is overdue;
- when the office or the people in it break the Acceptable Use Policy;
- when we are required to by law or by an authority.
Suspension stops the office, so it cannot be opened and agents do not run. Its stored data is kept, and the office can be started again once the reason for suspension is resolved. We suspend by hand, not automatically. Where the reason is serious harm to others or to our systems, we may suspend at once and explain afterwards; otherwise we tell you first where we can.
You can stop using Officeverse at any time. The owner of an office can download everything in it, and ask for the office to be deleted, in the office itself, under Settings → Your data:
- Download. One zip file with your office's data: chats, files, meetings, tasks, settings, and what your agents remember and said. Passwords, sign-in sessions, keys and access tokens are left out. Files your agents keep in their own working space, and what the AI engine stores for itself, are not in it; ask us if you need them.
- Delete. The owner asks for deletion and types the office address to confirm. We email the owner when the request is recorded and again when the office has been deleted. The office is deleted 7 days after the request, and the owner can cancel until then from the same page. Deleting removes the office and all of its stored data: its database, files, agent memory, conversations and workspace. Once it has happened it cannot be undone.
The nightly backup copies of a deleted office are not removed by the page: we remove them by hand when you ask, by replying to either email or by writing to support@officeverse.id with the name of your office. If you cannot use the page, write to us the same way and a person handles your request; we complete it within 30 days. After we end the agreement, we delete the office and its data, unless the law requires us to keep something; if we end it for any reason other than your breach, we tell you first so you can download a copy.
Terms that by their nature should continue after the end of the agreement, including sections 7, 13, 14 and 15, keep applying.
12. Availability, support and changes
During the beta there is no uptime promise. We may take offices offline for maintenance or upgrades. Support is by email at support@officeverse.id.
We may change the service and these terms. When we change these terms, we post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
13. Warranties and liability
To the extent Indonesian law allows, Officeverse is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent Indonesian law allows, we are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or lost business;
- the services, acts or omissions of the third-party providers you connect or that the service relies on, including AI model providers, mail providers, Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, Notion and payment providers;
- actions taken on AI output, or actions you approved or allowed agents to take.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. During a free trial, where nothing has been paid, that limit is zero rupiah where the law allows it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnity and general terms
- Indemnity. You will cover us for third-party claims, and the resulting losses and reasonable costs, that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a successor of the business, and will tell you if we do.
- Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms stays in force.
- Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Refund and cancellation policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Officeverse and replace earlier understandings about it.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a right at once does not mean we give it up.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking to you in good faith. A dispute that cannot be settled that way is submitted to the competent court in Indonesia.
16. Languages
These terms are published in English and in Indonesian (Ketentuan Layanan). If the two versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms, notices to us, and requests to delete an office go to support@officeverse.id. Reports of abuse go to abuse@officeverse.id.
