Acceptable Use Policy
Officeverse gives you a team of AI agents that can write, send, browse and run programs for you. This policy says what is not allowed, so that the service stays safe and useful for everyone. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Who this is for
This policy applies to everyone who uses an office: the owner, admins, members and viewers, and every agent working in it. It also applies to the free trial and to every paid plan.
2. You answer for your agents
An agent acts on what you or your people ask, and on what you allow it to do without asking. What an agent does counts as what you did. Real actions such as sending email, posting on Instagram or answering customers normally wait for your approval; if you switch an approval off, you take on what follows.
3. Illegal and harmful content
You must not use Officeverse to create, store, send or publish:
- anything that is illegal in Indonesia or where the content is sent to or received from;
- sexual content involving children, or any content that exploits or endangers children;
- threats, harassment, hate speech or content that incites violence;
- fraud, scams, phishing, fake reviews, or pretending to be another person or company;
- content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- other people's personal data that you have no lawful reason to hold or send, including personal data you are not allowed to pass to a third-party AI provider.
4. Messages to other people
Agents can write to people through email, WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram. You must not use them to:
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
- keep writing to someone who has told you to stop;
- send misleading messages, or messages that hide who the sender is;
- break the rules of the app you send through, such as the WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram terms, or the sending limits of your mail provider;
- hide, delete or post comments on Instagram in a way that deceives people or breaks Instagram's rules.
WhatsApp and the other apps can block a number or an account that sends too much, too fast or without consent. The office slows WhatsApp sending down to protect your number, but it cannot rule out a block, and a block is not our responsibility.
5. Systems and security
You must not:
- try to break the isolation between offices, to reach another customer's office or data, or to read credentials that are not yours;
- attack, probe, scan or overload Officeverse, its servers, or anyone else's systems, whether yourself or through an agent;
- spread malware, or use an office as a base for attacks;
- test security without our written permission. If you find a weakness, report it to abuse@officeverse.id and do not use it.
6. The agents' working computer
Each office gives its agents a working computer, with a terminal and a browser, and you can connect your own machines to it. You must use it only for your own business work, and you must not use it for crypto mining, running open proxies or relays, sending spam, hosting public services, or any work that needs far more computing power than the office is meant to use. Connect only machines that you own or are allowed to use.
7. Accounts, limits and resale
- Keep your sign-ins private. Do not share one person's account, and do not give your office's access tokens to people who should not have them.
- Do not get around the limits of your plan on agents, people or storage, for example by making extra offices for the same work.
- Do not resell or white-label Officeverse, or give third parties access to your office as a service, without our written agreement.
- Give true information when you sign up and when you pay.
8. Use of AI
- Do not use agents to make decisions with legal or similarly serious effects on a person, such as hiring, credit, insurance or medical decisions, without a person checking them first.
- Do not present AI output as advice from a lawyer, doctor, accountant or other professional.
- Do not use agents to create content meant to deceive, such as fake identities, fake testimonials or fake news.
- Do not try to make the AI ignore its safety rules or to get around limits that the model providers set.
9. Reporting abuse
If you think an office or one of its agents is breaking this policy, write to abuse@officeverse.id. Please include:
- the address of the office (the name before
.officeverse.id), or the message or page you saw; - what happened, and when;
- anything that shows it, such as a screenshot, the message you received or a link;
- your own contact details, if you want an answer.
We read every report and keep the reporter's details to ourselves, except where the law requires us to share them. For anything about your own account, billing or data, write to support@officeverse.id instead.
10. What we do about it
We look into reports and, where we find a breach, we may: ask you to stop, remove content, stop an agent, suspend the office (see section 11 of the Terms) or end the agreement. We may act at once where the harm is serious, such as child safety, an attack on others or a risk to our systems. We may give information to the authorities where the law requires it. We do not read your office content as a matter of routine, but we may look at what is needed to deal with a report.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. It is published in English and in Indonesian (Kebijakan Penggunaan yang Dapat Diterima); if the two differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
12. Contact
