Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains how to stop paying for an Officeverse office, what happens to money already paid, and how to ask for a refund.

1. How billing works

• Plans are monthly and prepaid. Each month is its own checkout, paid in Indonesian rupiah through the WASDLabs payment gateway.
• We do not keep a stored card and nothing renews automatically. Nothing is charged unless you pay a checkout link.
• A checkout link expires 24 hours after it is created.

2. The free trial

A trial that is never paid for simply stops, and the office is then deleted. Nothing is owed. See section 3 of the Terms of Service.

3. Cancelling

Because there is no automatic renewal, cancelling is simply not paying the next month's checkout. You do not need to give a reason or notice. The plan you already paid for stays active for the month you paid for. A paid month is not pro-rated, so stopping part-way through a month does not return the unused part.

If you also want your office and its data deleted, ask us in writing, as described in section 11 of the Terms of Service and on Deleting your data.

4. Storage packs

Storage packs are one-off purchases. Once a pack's payment is confirmed and the pack is applied to your office, it has been used: it raises your storage limit, and it does not recur or renew.

5. Refunds

There is no automated refund in the product. A refund request is handled by a person, who makes the refund by hand in the payment gateway.

• Payment after cancellation. If a payment arrives after an office or a storage purchase was already cancelled, our system records it, and we refund it manually.

How to ask

Email support@officeverse.id with the name of your office (the name before .officeverse.id in your office's address) and the payment reference from the payment gateway, and say what you are asking for.

6. Your data after cancelling

If an office stops being paid for, we may suspend it. Suspension stops the office but keeps its stored data. Deleting an office deletes its programs and all of its stored data and cannot be undone. The details are in section 11 of the Terms of Service, and how long each kind of data is kept is in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
